New Link Consulting (NLC) has successfully passed the first annual audits of all four of its management system certifications: ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 (Service Management), ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security Management), ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management).
Our 2025 certifications let our clients and prospects understand our commitment to excellence. Collectively, these annual audits update them on our progress a year later from certification: the service management processes, security controls, quality standards and environmental practices behind those certificates remain conformant, in use and embedded in day-to-day delivery, not stuck in a binder.
What the standards cover
For ISO/IEC 20000-1, this means consistent and repeatable service delivery, clearly defined service levels and structured approaches to incident and change management, and continual service improvement.
For ISO/IEC 27001, it means a risk-based information security management system: protecting the client information NLC holds, maintaining confidentiality and building resilience into how the firm works.
For ISO 9001, it means a continued commitment to quality, consistency and proactive continuous improvement across every engagement.
For ISO 14001, it means a responsible and systematic approach to NLC's environmental impact.
Why it matters
These are the controls our clients and prospects examine most closely. Financial services firms and UK public sector bodies assess their suppliers on exactly these grounds, and they are right to do so. Firms running complex transformation programmes have clear expectations that their consulting suppliers will consistently deliver high-quality services and ensure that the security of information will be handled with the utmost rigour.
