Our Commitment to Preventing Bullying and Harassment
New Link Consulting has a zero-tolerance approach to bullying and harassment. Everyone who works for us, with us or on our behalf has the right to be treated with consideration, fairness, dignity and respect.
This policy applies to all our employees, workers, and job applicants. It also lays out our expectations for any third party we interact with, including our current or prospective clients and suppliers.
This policy relates to behaviour within the workplace, during travel or business-related events, and applies to both in-person and on-line interactions.
What we mean by bullying and harassment
Bullying and harassment include any behaviour that is unwanted by the person it is aimed at, whether physical, verbal, non-verbal or online. What counts is the impact on that person, not the intention behind it.
We are committed to meeting our obligations as an employer as laid out by the Equality Act 2010, Worker Protection Act 2024, and Employment Rights Act 2025.
Clients, suppliers and other third parties
We expect everyone we work with, including clients and suppliers, to meet the same standards. We do not tolerate any third party bullying or harassment of our people.
Complaints involving a third party are escalated to the appropriate Partner and investigated. Where a third party is found to have fallen short of our expected standards of behaviour, we may require them to commit to a remediation plan or show evidence of updated procedures, or we may end the relationship.
Raising a concern
